WHY THIS INFRASTRUCTURE WORK IS IMPORTANT
AREAS OF CONCERN
We are upgrading the ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) Systems in homes throughout your neighborhood. ERV systems exchange stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air and are common in newer homes with high efficiency HVAC systems. These systems play a key role in maintaining airflow in the home and preventing unwanted moisture from accumulating indoors, which can lead to mold growth.
ERV technology is constantly evolving, and we are upgrading to a newer system that will more reliably serve your home and enable our team to more effectively perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We will make every effort to minimize disruptions by providing advance notice through door hangers (Intent to Enter Notices) and email. Contractors will first work in the mechanical room, which may take up to one day. They will then need access inside the home for approximately two hours to complete the installation.

ERV controls are located in the bathrooms, laundry room, and the kitchen.
A projected schedule can be viewed below. You will receive a definitive notice (an Intent to Enter notice with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice) with a specific scheduled date prior to your home’s start date. Note that the schedule below is a projection and is subject to change
