Update: Spring clean services have started on Fort Richardson on 21 April.
Numerous move-ins take place during the winter months when the ground is covered with snow and ice, making it impossible for our grounds maintenance teams to perform change of occupancy maintenance on the lawn. The one time spring clean program enables us to repair any damage to your yard that we were unable to address at move in.
Spring Clean Program
If you moved in between 15 October 2024 and 15 May 2025, you will qualify for our annual, one time spring clean of your yard. There is no charge for this service; we are completing standard change of occupancy yard work that was unable to be performed in the winter.
How do I submit my request?
- Residents who moved in between 15 October 2024 and 15 May 2025, will automatically be added to our one-time spring clean list. If you would like to opt out of this service, please contact our Maintenance team at 907-753-1023, option 1.
- Prepare your yard. You will be given a window in which the maintenance will be performed. Please make sure your personal items are removed and pets are not loose in the yard during this period; our contractor will not be able to enter a yard with pets.
When do the actual cleanings begin?
Expect spring cleans to begin as early as 1 May and as late as 30 May. Flyers will be posted detailing progress and whether multiple visits will be required from our assigned contractor.
